**REFUND POLICY**

We offer a 30-Day Peace Guarantee. If your dog doesn't show meaningful improvement within 30 days of receiving your order, we will issue a full refund — no questions, no photos, no forms required.

To request a refund, contact us at keskusmarketing@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days of your request.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at keskusmarketing@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
