RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Lumi dress. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, jewelry and final-sale items cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at Lumidresses.com@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, contact us immediately and we will cover the cost of a replacement or refund.
